We ship from Greece. Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 72 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days. Domestic shipping rate is 7 Euro for orders under 49 Euro.
Flat rate shipping fee of 12,00 Euro applies to orders shipping to International locations outside our local region, for orders under 69 Euro.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer worldwide international shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Polka.gr is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@polka.gr, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
