Everything begins with an idea, a thought, an inspiration… and so did POLKA.
Two women, with unmatching characters and styles,but with a common love for travel and adventure, found themselves facing the same problem before each trip. The problem of packing!
What took up most of our time was not the packing of clothes but all the pretty little things concerning our personal care and hygiene that we always had to pack in smaller bottles, to let the sponge drie before placing it in our suitcase, the unfortunate toothbrush and toothpaste that were usually left behind as they are the last things being packed and so many many more. It didn’t really matter whether the trip was for the weekend or for 5 days, the problem remained the same.
And so… we dreamed of a common dream! About a vanity bag, a travel kit, that contained all the essentials we might need, with travel size products and single use items, ready and packed!
A vanity bag that can be refilled with all disposable items and that would leave us, just enough space to add something of our own.
